MINH NGUYEN

Minh began his photography journey in 2019 and discovered his love for videography a year later after joining Momento, his high school's photography club. Over the next few years, he sharpened his craft, filming multiple events — including Tuổi Hồng Music Festival, one of Ho Chi Minh City's most recognised youth music festivals.

His experience with the Adobe Suite dates back to 2016, where he first used After Effects and Photoshop to create music-video visualizers. Minh is now proficient across Adobe Creative Suite, transitioned to DaVinci Resolve Studio in 2023, and has since incorporated Nuke and Houdini into his VFX workflow.

After moving to Australia, Minh set a clear goal: to become a director. To build a grounded and versatile foundation, he chose to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments — camera, lighting, and elements of sound. Along the way, his videography career expanded into diverse projects, from Nestlé spec commercials to JDM car communities and nightlife coverage.

By 2025, Minh founded Luna Pictures with the mission to help emerging artists tell their stories without the limits of budget or access — a studio built to empower communities and mark the beginning of his directing journey.
